Horblit Natural Beef

We are a family owned cattle ranch that started in Golden, Colorado. As our success and herd grew, it was time to relocate to Wyoming. The Cowboy State became our place to raise cattle, raise kids, and raise the standards of beef ranching.

Horblit Natural Beef is located in Platte County, about 75 miles north of the Wyoming-Colorado border, and about 13 miles southwest of the Town of Wheatland. The rolling hills and mild(ish) winters provide a safe, clean, and natural environment to

raise cattle from calf to market.

Cowboying is still tough work. It always has been tough and will always be tough. Raising beef cattle in a humane environment requires dedication. The days are long, the muscles ache, and the weather never cares what a cowboy has scheduled. 

There are no Zoom meetings, no conference calls, and cattle don’t care if it’s a holiday. But for our family the challenges are worth it. We live in what America has long stood for: Hard work, family ties, close knit communities, and providing other families with quality food.
