RAISING BEEF

Each year we raise a limited number of quality angus and angus cross cattle. They are "home-grown."

**NO GROWTH HORMONES NOR ANTIBIOTICS**

Our cattle are pasture raised where they spend 10-12 months on grass land before they are moved to our home ranch. Here they will spend approximately 120 days in the finishing process where they are fed a natural diet of corn, peas, and free choice grass hay. This formula focuses on a flavor and tenderness profile as identified with the help and cooperation of both the University of Wyoming and North Dakota. 

All of our cattle are harvested at USDA inspected facilities to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety. We obtain maximum flavor and tenderness with a 21-day "dry-aged" process.
